JDC provides a free lifetime warranty on all refurbed Brocade Cisco, Foundry & Juniper equipment. The warranty provides free phone support and Advance Overnight Replacement. This is equivalent to low level Smartnet which the manufacturer charges a yearly fee.
All other refurbed network equipment gets a free 1 year JDC warranty. PCs and Servers have a 90 day coverage. Most Grade "A" Phones have 1 year but depends on manufacturer. Warranty does not cover acts of god or abuse.
JDC's lifetime warranty is a free service limited to our current, upstanding and valued customers. Overnight replacement is based on a best effort and does not apply to one of a kind item.
