Warranty
- Warranty coverage applies only to current JDC customers.
- JDC provides a free lifetime warranty on all refurbished Cisco equipment.
- A free one-year warranty is included with all other refurbished equipment.
- Refurbished phones include a 90-day warranty.
- Warranty coverage includes free technical phone support and advance replacement.
- Advance replacement is provided on a best-effort basis using standard shipping. Overnight replacement is available at the customer's expense.
- The warranty does not apply to one-of-a-kind or custom items
Order Cancellation
- Orders for items stocked by JDC may be canceled at no charge prior to shipment.
- Custom orders, such as fiber optic assemblies, may only be canceled before production begins.
- Orders for products specially sourced by JDC are subject to cancellation charges equal to JDC's incurred costs.
